Heel Spur(plantar fasciitis) Help!? - heel spurs symptoms
I have all the symptoms of heel spur "plantar fasciitis", including pain in the sole of the foot where the bone will grow further.
I am willing to talk to people with the same problem and trying to understand how to manage.
I have no medical care, unfortunately, have to do only to yourself ... What is shocking and I spend a lot of time in pain, I can not walk on my foot, I walked on tiptoe, because it hurts. I love exercise, even though I havent been there lately is really hurting me emotionally, because I knew when I want, unfortunately .. I also have one years and I shall slay me! = (I'm at home by 30 + pounds lifts all day is something I must do ..
My grandfather was my aunt she has now, I ... ehh .. What kind of a big family, eh! ;-)
Currently, I wear shoes all day helping my bow, and that's all I was doing. I've just this last night "I am very worried. I always go barefoot, shod in sandals, and of 98% of the time, and heavy lift my son ... So it is probably the most because thats for sure!

There are no emergency department at your local hospital, as we do here? If a book that probably gets the money immediately be corrected surgically. It's just a question, a small incision and little nibble on the bone and not a few points, "and Uncle Bob concerned" Done! I am an anesthesia technician, if I see only very few species of spores, but if the skin that really need it before you break a bone infection sorted. Cheers Marty
